A window will open in which well enter information pertaining to our enhanced file.
(A) Type the title of the podcast episode.
(B) The Article Link is our blogs URL.
(C) The Publication Date and Time will be input automatically when the Auto checkbox is
selected. Feeder uses the current date and time, but if you plan to upload this feed at
a later date, you can enter that information manually.
(D) The iTunes Author appears in the iTunes Artist column.
(E)
This is the length of the episode. In this example, our episode is only one minute,
twenty-two seconds because it was created as a quick way to demonstrate iTunes
enhanced features.
(F)
Click the Enclosure triangle (left, circled) to add information about the enhanced file.
Rather than enter this information manually, well let Feeder do it for us (you must be
connected to the Internet to do this). First, type the URL to the enhanced file you
uploaded to your server earlier. Next, click the cog to reveal a pulldown menu and
choose Fetch Attributes From Web. Feeder will read your file on your server and
complete the Type and Length fields.
(G) Input the description about the episode we used on our blog. iTunes Subtitle and
iTunes Summary can contain the same information used for Description. Click the
Subtitle and Summary buttons and click the cog on the right to have Feeder copy this
information from Description and paste it into these fields.
(H) Click Preview to see how our entry looks.
